Women of Destiny was founded, April of 2002 by Pastor Carol Gadsden. The purpose in starting this ministry is to help women discover their God-given destinies and walk in the fullness of God in every area of their lives.

Women of Destiny is a multi-cultural ministry committed to imparting spiritual truths to the world in which we live. Our purpose is to empower women to reach their full potential by transforming hearts and connecting lives through genuine relationships that encourage and motivate. It is here where life flourishes and destiny becomes reality.

Women of Destiny are passionate about knowing God, and making him known inside and outside of the church. We hold life-changing events to speak to the hearts, minds and souls of the 21st century woman. We understand that she is seeking spiritual guidance on issues relating to the home, work-force, marriage, relationships with parents and children, finances, and most importantly soul nourishment and development.
